Commencing 2005 board meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month at 6 PM.  If you have any questions or issues, please call 508-477-1404 and a Board member will get back to you.

JOE ALMEIDA IS SUMMERWOOD'S ON SITE PROPERTY MANAGER AND HE IS THE PERSON WHO YOU SHOULD CONTACT IF YOU NEED HELP.HE CAN BE REACHED AT THE SUMMERWOOD OFFICE AT 508-477-1404.IF NO ONE ANSWERS,LEAVE A MESSAGE.HE CHECKS HIS MESSAGES OFTEN AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU.IF HE IS UNAVAILABLE,THE CALLS ARE TRANSFERRED TO OUR ANSWERING SERVICE.THEY KNOW ALL OF HIS PHONE NUMBERS.IF HE CAN'T BE REACHED,THE ANSWERING SERVICE WILL CALL A BOARD MEMBER AND ONE OF US WILL CALL YOU.PLEASE DON'T CALL THE BOARD MEMBERS ON OUR PERSONAL PHONES.IF YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH US JOE CAN REACH US AND THE BOARD IS AVAILABLE TO ALL OWNERS ON THE 2'ND TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 6PM.
