Dick et al,

It was a great reunion. I enjoyed seeing everyone. I am enclosing the minutes of the "around" fortieth Pi Lam Reunion Meeting as follows:

The Meeting was called to order by Rex's Ed Kaplan and Dick Shifman around evening of Oct 30th.

The order of business was when to call the next reunion and where. Morris Frimer made a suggestion for Seattle. Discussion ensued but no consensus reached. Artie Stein proposed Las Vegas and Herb Zaritski suggested with in five years (because of the aging of the group). So a motion was put on the floor by Artie Stein to have the next reunion in 5 years in Las Vegas at around the end of October beginning of November.

Passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned for dinner.
